The "Radius" is the ideal supplement to the CLEMENS ground maintenance programme.

Flat blade with Rotary Tiller

With this combination, first the soil is broken up by the blade and subsequently divided by the rotary tiller and also cleared a little, depending on the speed of rotation. If the tiller rotates too fast, it is possible that too much earth will be transported into the rows. In this case, this can however be counteracted with a soil and stone deflector.

Rotary Tiller SOLO

The rotary tiller can also be driven alone if the conditions are not too extreme. Otherwise, we recommend combining the rotary tiller and flat blade. In the case of soil that is very clay-like or loose, the rotary tiller can work better alone under certain circumstances, as the blockages between the tiller and blade are avoided.

Rotating discs

The rotating discs (2 items) serve the purpose of extracting the soil from the intermediate area, ploughing or also forming furrows, for example to better deposit dung or manure. In order to protect the vine against damage, a safety plate is mounted in front of the discs that are also driven by a hydraulic motor that pushes the unit to the side, if the sensor is not triggered.
Tip: Depending on the working angle, small trenches will also be dug. This is advantageous if, for example, liquid fertilisers or manure is to be spread.

MULCHER

The mulcher (diameter 400 mm) swings hydraulically between the vines in order to mulch the vegetation with two knife blades. A protective ring around the plate protects the plant against any damage.
