Valuable over-spray is recycled back into the tank. Clemens EL50 leaf remover

Clemens Radius SL with Finger Hoe

For young or existing vineyards with very crooked canes in which more safety from the sensor is required, the Clemens finger hoe works directly around the plant and breaks up the island (shadow) to gently remove the soil and weeds directly around the vine. Upon contact with the vine, the finger is pushed to the side, which means that it can be used with young and old vines.

Clemens Multi Clean Harvester

The Clemens Multi Clean brush harvester has very strong and smooth cords that protect the vine. The conical aluminium shaft operates smoothly and with little vibration because of its special shape. Clemens Agrotherm XT

As the AgrothermXT passes along the rows of vines, air which has been heated to 150 °C is emitted on both sides of the plant by two gas-operated fan heaters with a wind velocity of 40 to 60 km/h. This thermaculture treatment is based on the principle of a short-term heat shock with several positive effects on the grapes and foliage.

Clemens FlexiTree

The Clemens FlexiTree is ideal for mechanical crop thinning and the removal of excessive undesired flowers on fruit trees. The objective is to remove individual flowers of the flower cluster in order to improve fruit quality (fruit size, fruit color and sugar content).

The Clemens Teractiv Duo Cultivator is ideal for use in both open and green rows, with the option of cultivating either the entire row or just the area around the vine in a green row. The frame lifts through at a 75 degree angle and the roller folds under, which stabilises the frame when working in the area between vines, as it rests on the grass track.

Clemens Radius SL

The Clemens Radius SL is the all-round weeder, and is an eco-friendly alternative to chemical weed control. It has sensitive feelers for working cleanly around the vine and can be fitted in various positions on the tractor - at the back, between the axles, at the front and on both sides.

Clemens Hexagon

The Clemens Hexagon is a robust all-purpose machine for soil cultivation or as a tool carrier. It can be hydraulically or mechanically adjusted and is suitable for a range of uses including cultivation of both the mid row and between the vines. Clemens A-frame

The Clemens A-frame can be used to attach the Clemens Radius for working light soil, the Multi Clean and Rotary Brush for clearing out the suckers and removing weeds from underneath the vines, as well as the mower for the area between the vines. Similar to the SB frames, the A-frames can be front or rear mounted. They are available for row widths of 1.40m to 2.90m.

Clemens Leaf Trimmer

The aluminium blade holder of the Clemens Leaf Trimmer is itself very strong and yet very light, which increases its stability and makes it possible to work on steep slopes and gradients.The sickle-shaped cutting tools made from tempered knife steel produce a clean cut. The large upper blade is surrounded by a guard that prevents the driver from being exposed to the cuttings.

Clemens Pre-Pruner

The Clemens Pre-Pruner can be designed to suit the conditions in any vineyard thanks to the modular system. Each cutting head is driven by its own oil motor. The drive and opening hydraulics are designed in such a way that the pre-pruner can be operated with the control head of the shoot binder.

The Clemens Mulcher is a high performing, low maintenance mulcher with the added benefits of hydraulic width adjustment. This mulcher works exceptionally well in vegetation management, and is also suitable for the shredding of cut wood.

Clemens Eco Roller

The Clemens Eco Roller is the alternative to mulching. The roller can be transported easily as part of any process. It compresses the vegetation as the spades fitted to the roller bend and knock down the stalks, thereby producing a carpet of mulch that encourages good shaded composting.

Clemens SB Tool Carrier

The Clemens SB Tool / Implement Carrier is an ideal frame for holding modern under-vine weed control systems. The tool frame can be combined for rear attachment or front attachment. The SB2 can be supplied for working widths upwards of 1,010 mm to 3,200 mm - depending on equipment.

Clemens SB Mono

The Clemens SB Mono is a single-edged equipment carrier based on the SB equipment carrier. It can be attached to the front or the rear of the tractor. The hydraulic width adjustment can be converted from left to right with minimum effort. Using the cylinder, the base frame can be hydraulically extended to the left or to the right by 500 mm, from 960 to 1460 mm.

Clemens Radius Plus, Ebenezer, Barossa Valley

Wayne Faulkenberg of Ebenezer Vineyard in the Barossa Valley has recently taken delivery of his new Clemens SB Wide frame, fitted with the Radius Plus under-vine working blade for his 3.6m vineyard rows. Previously Wayne used a single side dodge plow with 2 passes per row, however the double sided Clemens provides one pass per row with an operating speed up to 6kph.

Clemens Finger Roller

The Finger Roller compliments the Radius SL and Radius SL Plus. It is used to aerate the soil around the plants. It has an integrated angle adjustment, and the exterior angle can also be altered easily by reinserting the locking pins. There is a good distribution of force due to the different disc dimensions for the exterior and interior sprockets - as a result, both discs work in a sloped working angle at the same level.

Clemens Serrated Disc Plough

The Clemens GSP disc can be fitted on either side. It is suitable as an attachment to the Hexagon and the Column lift S5. Advantages include a simple operation for weeding under the vines, can be adapted to any soil type, a high driving speed means it can cover a large area, long-term weed control can be achieved by mulching, even water consumption because the capillaries are broken and no herbicide is required at all.

Clemens Rotary Brush System

The Clemens rotary brush system produces two effects as it passes down the row. Firstly, it clears suckers gently and efficiently, and secondly it removes weeds at the base of the plant. The pinch-off height of suckers is 360 - 590 mm. It has a wide-area weed control, there are no formation of islands, it has a variable working angle and a variety of tooling possibilities.

Clemens Radius with Blade

Clemens Radius in action with a skimmer. The scraper blade pivots in the same ratio to the speed of the tractor, on the signal of a very sensitive electro-hydraulic-mechanical probe, double-acting hydraulically on and off. Due to the modular design, the device can be converted within a very short time in the vineyard with a wide variety of work tools.
